Arizona's latest victory came last weekend against the Seahawks as they beat their NFC West rival 27-3 in Seattle to move into a first place tie with the Forty Niners in the division standings. The Cards offense was impressive, posting 344 yards and 21 first downs, but it was their defense that really buried the Hawks. Seattle, which went 0-for-11 on third down, managed just 128 yards and 7 first downs on the day.

"It is the best we felt at any point during this season," Quarterback Kurt Warner said. "I think we have played our best football the last couple of weeks."

Giants Breakdown: New York dropped its first game of the season last weekend, getting embarassed 27-48 by the Saints in New Orleans. The Giants defense could do nothing against Drew Brees and the Saints passing attack as the Purdue product completed 23-of-30 passes for 369 yards and four touchdowns. New Orleans finished the game with 28 first downs and 493 total yards in 36:07 possession time.

At 5-1 the Giants are still in the driver's seat in the NFC East, but they need a win against the pass happy Cardinals tonight in order to keep the cushion they have built through the first six games. Cornerback Corey Webster indicated earlier this week that last Sunday's loss should translate into a renewed focus this evening.

"We take the film, we take the whipping that they issued out, and we go back and start working hard and compete," Webster said.
