The Bills (0-6) lost in Baltimore 34-37 (OT) and sit at the bottom of the AFC East. QB Ryan Fitzpatrick made 29 of 43 passes for 374 yards with four TD’s and two interceptions. RB Fred Jackson had 23 carries for 73 yards, while WR Steve Johnson had a big game with eight catches for 158 yards with a TD. WR Lee Evans chipped in with three TD’s. It was the most yards by a Bills team ever in defeat. The Bills put up 506 total yards, and held the Ravens ground game to 135 yards. "We have a talented offense and we've gotten into a rhythm the last few games," Fitzpatrick said. "We just have had bad plays that we need to stop making; that we need to quit shooting ourselves in the foot." Fitzpatrick killed the Ravens' blitzes. "He's done an amazing job with understanding our offense and what we're trying to get done," Gailey said of Fitzpatrick. "He's done a good job with protections. He puts people on the right people, gets our guys going to the right spots and then he knows where the weaknesses are in the coverage’s each time." Buffalo allows a league-worst 174ypg on the ground, so expect the Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles to have a tremendous game. The Bills 2010 team leaders include; QB Ryan Fitzpatrick completing 81 passes on 128 attempts for 969 yards and 11 TD’s, Fred Jackson leads in rushing with 55 carries for 230 yards and Steve Johnson leads in receiving with 25 receptions for 372 yards and five TD’s. The Bills are ranked 28th overall on offense (293ypg) with a 23rd ranked pass game (182ypg) and an 15th ranked ground game (110ypg). They have a 28th ranked defense (379ypg), with a ninth ranked pass rush (204ypg) and the league’s worst ranked rush defense (174ypg). The Bills defense allows the most amount of points per-game (33ppg).

The Chiefs (4-2) beat Jacksonville 42-20, at home, in Week 7 and sit first in the AFC West. QB Matt Cassel made 13 of 18 passes for 193 yards with two TD’s. RB’s Thomas Jones and Jamaal Charles combined for 196 yards rushing and both added a TD; RB Jackie Battle got in on the action and added a TD. Their top WR Dwayne Bowe made three catches for 81 yards with two TD’s. The Chiefs were a perfect 4 for 4 in the red zone and dominated the time of possession. The Chiefs own a 1.5 game lead over second-place Oakland and 2.5 game leads over struggling San Diego and reeling Denver. But, Coach Haley won’t stand for talk about leading the AFC West but instead is focused on his quarterly system. “I know we have the Buffalo Bills, who put 500 yards of offense on a really good (Baltimore) defense coming to town.” The Chiefs have fashioned their 4-2 season by going 3-0 at Arrowhead and 1-2 on the road. They have benefited — and will continue to benefit — from a soft schedule. “We don’t pay much attention to it,” quarterback Matt Cassel said of leading the AFC West. “We’re six games into the season, and we still have 10 games left, and that seems like an eternity.” The Chiefs are ranked 12th overall on offense (345ypg) with a 30th ranked pass game (168ypg), but they have the NFL’s best ranked running game (176ypg). RB Jamaal Charles leads their ground game with 489 rushing yards, 130 yards receiving and two TD’s. They have a 17th ranked defense overall (333ypg), with a 25th ranked pass rush (243ypg) and the sixth best ranked rush defense (89ypg). The Chiefs allow the seventh least amount of points per-game (18.7ppg).
