Baltimore Ravens (5-2, 1-2 V) vs Pittsburgh Steelers (6-2, 4-0 H) NFL Week 9 Predictions – The Ravens rallied from a 21-point deficit to beat the Arizona Cardinals 30-27, at home, in Week 8. QB Joe Flacco completed 31 of 51 for 336 yards, and RB Ray Rice ran for 63 yards on 18 carries and scored a career-high three touchdowns. Baltimore has won six straight at home. In fairness to Flacco, he has often played without a full receiving contingent as speedy WR Lee Evans continues to miss time with an ankle injury. His absence has created a void downfield as Flacco has been mired in a prolonged scoring drought. Flacco has alternated between good and bad outings as he entered Sunday’s game second-to-last among starting quarterbacks in completion percentage. He could be in for a tough matchup when the Ravens face Pittsburgh.
The Steelers finally found a way to beat Tom Brady and the New England Patriots 25-17, at home, in Week 8. QB Ben Roethlisberger completed 36 of 50 passes for 365 yards with two touchdowns. Roethlisberger consistently found Antonio Brown (a career-high nine receptions), Heath Miller (a season-high seven grabs) and speedster Mike Wallace (seven catches) on short and intermediate routes. Pittsburgh’s defense sacked Brady three times, held WR Wes Welker — on pace for an NFL record for yards receiving in a season — to 39 yards on six receptions while limiting the Patriots to their fewest points since a 34-14 loss to Cleveland last year.
The Ravens 14th ranked offense (341ypg) goes up against the Steelers second ranked defense (270ypg). Their seventh ranked pass offense (273ypg) goes up against the Ravens third ranked pass defense (174ypg). The Steelers 14th ranked ground game (115ypg) goes up against the Ravens third ranked rush defense (89ypg). The Steelers allow the third least amount of points per-game (17.4) and they score the 19th most (22).

New York Giants (5-2, 2-1 V) vs New England Patriots (5-2, 3-0 H) NFL Week 9 Predictions – The Giants kept the Miami Dolphins winless with a 20-17, home victory, in Week 8. QB Eli Manning hit 31 of 45 passes for 345 yards and two touchdowns in rallying the Giants from an 11-point first-half deficit. The Giants' running game was nonexistent and their defense only showed up for a half.
The Patriots lost to Pittsburgh 17-25, on the road, in Week 8. QB Tom Brady passed for two touchdowns but threw for a season-low 198 yards and couldn't get into any sort of rhythm while losing to the Steelers for just the second time in his career. RB Kevin Faulk ran for 32 yards on six carries and caught five passes for 20 yards in his first game of the season, while TE Rob Gronkowski set a career high with seven catches
