Tennessee Titans vs San Francisco 49ers NFL Odds, NFL Predictions & NFL Picks: The Titans, fresh off their first win of the season, are in San Francisco today to take on the Forty Niners. The two beleaguered squads are set to kick things off at 4:15pm ET at Candlestick Park (CBS). NFL Odds at BetUS.com have the Forty Niners listed as a -4 against the spread home favorite.

Titans Breakdown: Tennessee garnered its first win of the season last weekend, blistering the Jekyll and Hyde Jaguars 30-13Tennessee Titans vs San Francisco 49ers NFL Odds, Predictions & Picks at LP Field in Nashville. The Titans offense, which is averaging a meager 16.3 points per game, certainly seemed to benefit from the switch at quarterback. Vince Young, taking over for the ineffective Kerry Collins, completed 15-of-18 passes for 125 yards and a touchdown. His efficiency, combined with his ball security, afforded Tennessee's formidable rushing attack the opportunity to, finally, put an opponent away. Running back Chris Johnson did that in spades, racking up 228 yards and two touchdowns in 24 carries.

Johnson enters this game with 824 rush yards and a 6.9 yards per carry average; however, he may find the yards a little bit harder to come by this week. San Francisco's defense is allowing just 84.9 yards per game on the ground.

Forty Niners Breakdown: Since starting the season 3-1, San Francisco has lost three straight games to fall to 3-4. Their latest misstep, which left them a game back of the first place Cardinals in the NFC West standings, came in Indianapolis last Sunday where they fell by a score of 14-18 to the undefeated Colts. The Forty Niners effort was commendable (they even led 14-9 at halftime), but their offense did nothing in four second half possessions. Three of those drives ended with a punt while the other one resulted in a lost fumble.

San Francisco has been much better at home this season, where their only blemish came in a week five loss to Atlanta. At Candlestick, the Forty Niners are averaging 22.7 points per game while allowing just 18.3. Those numbers are a stark contrast to the Titans road averages. Tennessee, which is 0-4 away from Nashville this season, is averaging 11 points per game on the road while giving up 33.3 per contest.

NFL Odds Betting Trend: The Over is 9-1 in San Francisco's last 10 games as a home favorite with a total between 37 and 41.
