Minnesota, after losing three of their first four games, has now won three of their last four. Last Sunday the Vikings dumped a Texans squad that was riding a three game win streak by a score of 28-21. Quarterback Gus Frerotte threw three touchdowns and Adrian Peterson ran for 139 yards on 25 carries.
The Vikings are allowing 23.5 points per game on the season, but have held opponents to just 14.75 points per game at the Metrodome.
