Luckily for the Raiders, one of those two teams will definitely lose — unless there’s an unlikely tie, of course — as the (3-5) Denver Broncos [+3] and the (4-4) Kansas City Chiefs [-3] will battle it out at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The Broncos are coming off a huge win over the aforementioned Raiders last week. Making a joke out of the Silver and Black’s defense, Willis McGahee and Tim Tebow combine for 281 rushing yards and two touchdowns in a 38-24 shocker. But the Raiders weren’t the only team to lose in upset fashion last week.
Just when people began considering the Chiefs as a legitimate playoff contender, here come the winless Miami Dolphins. At 0-7 for the season, the Fins went into Arrowhead and embarrassed the heck out of Kansas City and its fans.
Mostly known as the fifth-year benchwarmer Miami’s quarterback, Matt Moore made the Chiefs look completely incompetent. Throwing for a total of 244 yards and three touchdowns, Moore and the Dolphins got their first win of the season at the expense of the inconsistent Chiefs.
