The miscue by Williams spoiled an otherwise tremendous day as he carried the ball 21 times for 149 yards and two scores.
The Panthers are 1-2 at Bank of America Stadium this season where they are averaging a paltry 13 points per game. Visitors have made a habit of capitalizing on Carolina's ball security issues and have produced an average of 25 points per contest as a result.
