Vikings Breakdown: Minnesota had last weekend off, but the Vikings reached the season's halfway point with a 7-1 record after beating the Packers 38-26 at Lambeau Field on November 1st. Brett Favre made a glorious return to the place where he made his name, completing 17-of-28 passes for 244 yards and four touchdowns. Favre led the offense to 19 first downs, 355 yards, and an 80-percent redzone conversion rate. The Vikings defense pounded Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers, recording six sacks and 10 quarterback hits. Defensive end Jared Allen led the barrage with three sacks, giving him a league leading 10.5 for the year.

Minnesota is 3-0 at home where they have produced an average of 30 points per game and given up 26 per contest.
