The Kansas City Chiefs play host to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Sunday Nov 22, as the Chiefs search for their first home win of the season. The Steelers won their last meeting 45-7 at home back in 2006. NFL oddsmakers at Sportsbook.com have the Steelers as -10 point road favs over the Chiefs with the over/under set at 40 points . Be sure to get your Pittsburgh Steelers vs Kansas City Chiefs NFL Week 11 Picks in now at Sportsbook.com The Steelers (6-3) lost to Cincinnati 12-18 at home I n Week 10 and still sit second in the AFC North. QB Ben Roethlisberger made 20 of 40 passes for 174 yards with one interception; overall he’s thrown for 2,469 yards with 14 TD passes and eight interceptions for a 97.1 passer rating. RB Rashard Lewis had 13 carries for 36 yards, while WR Santonio Holmes made seven catches for 88 yards. Their defense had an un-Steelers like two sacks and no interceptions. They went 0-4 in the red zone and 0-2 on goal to go. Perhaps the biggest cause for the Steelers' loss to the Bengals last week was the play of the offensive line. The unit was manhandled at times by Cincinnati. Roethlisberger was unable to escape the pocket due to the Bengals' pass rush off the edge and sacked four times. They couldn’t find any openings on the ground for their runners; they should be better equipped to handle a Kansas City defense that ranks 31st in sacks and 27th against the run . The Steelers offense is ranked ninth overall with an eighth ranked pass game and 17th ranked running game. Their 12th ranked pass defense won’t have to worry about the Chiefs 28th ranked pass game. The Steelers are 2-0 against AFC West opponents so far this year. The Steelers average 23ppg and give up 17.4ppg, while they are 2-2 SU on the road where they average 22.5ppg and allow 17.5ppg. They are 3-6 ATS and 4-5 over/under.The Chiefs (2-7) won in Oakland 16-10 in Week 10 and sit third in the AFC West. QB Matt Cassel made 19 of 34 passes for 216 yards with one interception; overall he’s thrown for 1,472 yards with 10 TD passes and six interceptions for a 75.4 passer rating. RB Jamaal Charles had 18 carries for 103 yards with a TD, while WR Dwayne Bowe made six catches for 91 yards. Dwayne Bowe was hit with a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs . WR Lance Long has a chance to really make a name for himself, he has 12 catches for 104 yards for the Chiefs. Veteran Safety Mike Brown pulled down two interceptions last week and he may need to have another strong outing against Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers. Or he could be picked apart. The Chiefs are in for a long day considering they have a 30th ranked offense with a 28th ranked pass game and 26th ranked running game. RB Larry Johnson is no longer a Chief and all ground duties will be run by RB Jamaal Charles, who has 255 yards rushing with one TD. Chiefs kicker Dustin Colquitt leads the NFL with 27 punts inside the 20-yard line. The Chiefs average 15.8ppg and give up 23.9ppg, while they are 0-4 SU at home where they average 13.2ppg and allow 25.8ppg. They are 4-5 ATS and 4-3 over/under. Recent Trends to Consider:
