The Seahawks (3-7) lost at Minnesota 9-35 in Week 11 and sit third in the NFC West. QB Matt Hasselbeck made 19 of 26 passes for 231 yards with an interception; overall he’s thrown for 1,853 yards with 11 TD’s and seven interceptions for a 82.3 passer rating. RB Justin Forsett had nine carries for nine yards with a TD, while WR Nate Burleson made six catches for 100 yards. WR T.J. Houshmanzadeh made four catches for 36 yards. They must be more disciplined; they committed 10 penalties costing them 64 yards. In a game that will feature young players trying to find their way, QB Hasselbeck remains a very productive quarterback for the Seahawks. QB Matt Hasselbeck roasted St. Louis in Week 1, and he will no doubt be looking to exploit the Rams' young defense again this week. Matt Hasselbeck has beaten the Rams seven straight times in the regular season. The Seahawks 21st ranked offense will be up against the Rams 29th ranked defense. The Seahawks are mostly a passing team, they are ranked 13th and they’ll go head to head with the Rams 22nd ranked pass defense. The Seahawks have averaged 20.3ppg and allowed 28.7ppg in their last three games. They are 0-5 SU on the road where they average 14.6ppg and allow 32.2ppg. They are 3-7 ATS and 5-5 over/under.

The Rams (1-9) lost to Arizona 13-21 at home in Week 11. QB Marc Bulger made 19 of 37 passes for 215 yards with an interception. QB Bulger is out indefinitely due to a broken tibia.  He’ll be replaced by backup QB Kyle Boller who’s thrown for 481 yards with two TD’s and three interceptions in three starts. RB Steven Jackson had 24 carries for 116 yards with a TD, while WR Donnie Avery made four catches for 65 yards. They had three receivers who had a catch over 20 yards or more. With the Rams and Seahawks both pretty much out of contention this year, the rest of the season will revolve around getting their young defensive cornerstones to continue developing. St. Louis will be relying on rookie LB James Laurinaitis and second-year DE Chris Long for years to come. Chris Long has a sack in three straight games for the Rams. The Rams have given up big points to the higher caliber teams, but do well against the bottom feeders of the league . They’ll use their 13th ranked running game against the Seahawks 15th ranked rush defense. RB Steven Jackson leads his team with 1,013 yards rushing along with three TD’s. The Rams have averaged 17.7ppg and allowed 19.7ppg in their last three games. They are 0-5 SU at home where they average 13.8ppg and allow 33ppg. They are 5-5 ATS and 5-5 over/under.
