The Atlanta Falcons host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Sunday Nov 29, as the Falcons look to avoid dropping three straight. The Bucs top RB Carnell Williams has 445 yards rushing with four TD’s. RCB Ronde Barber still has the smarts and guile to cause young quarterbacks problems. Barber intercepted Ryan the last time these teams met, and if he is able to goad Ryan into another mistake this time around, it could help the Bucs in their quest to pull off the upset. WR Antonio Bryant averages 17.9 yards per catch against the Falcons and Aqib Talib has an interception in both of his meetings vs. Atlanta. The Bucs have averaged 22.7ppg and allowed 30.3ppg in their last three games. They are 0-4 SU on the road where they average 17.5ppg and allow 26.8ppg. They are 3-7 ATS and 6-4 over/under.The Falcons (5-5) lost at NY Giants 31-34 (OT) in Week 11 and now sit second in the NFC South. QB Matt Ryan made 26 of 46 passes for 268 yards with two TD’s; overall he’s thrown for 2,276 yards with 16 TD’s and 12 interceptions for a 80 passer rating. RB Jason Snelling had 25 carries for 76 yards with two TD’s, while TE Tony Gonzalez made eight catches for 82 yards with a TD. WR Eric Weems also added a TD. They went 4-6 in the red zone and 3-4 on goal to go. With a slew of injuries, Atlanta is in danger of having its first losing record in the Smith-Ryan era. If their defense can keep the Bucs at bay, they’ll use their 16th ranked pass game against the Bucs 14th ranked pass defense, but they must watch for Bucs CB Aqib Talib , who leads his team with five interceptions. But in case they can’t move the chains with their pass game, they’ll rely on their 12th ranked running game against the Bucs league worst rush defense. RB Michael Turner leads his team with 831 yards rushing and 10 TD’s. QB Ryan is 11-1 SU in his career at home and DE John Abraham has seven sacks in his last five games against the Bucs.
