The Cowboys (8-3) beat Oakland 24-7 at home in Week 12 and sit first in the NFC East. QB Tony Romo made 18 of 29 passes for 309 yards with two TD’s; overall he’s thrown for 2,933 yards with 17 TD’s and seven interceptions for a 93.9 passer rating. RB Felix Jones had seven carries for 68 yards with a TD, while WR Miles Austin made seven catches for a high 145 yards with a TD. WR Roy Williams also added a TD. Tony Romo has been one of the league's most productive starting quarterbacks since he took over in 2006, but he has been unable to get the team over the hump in December. The Cowboys are just 5-8 SU in December. This will be his chance to show he will not have similar problems down the stretch this year as their fourth best offense in the league goes against the Giants fourth ranked defense that has struggled of late. Romo’s 10th ranked pass game will be against the fourth best pass defense in the league, but the Giants have struggled allowing an average 31.6ppg since their first loss of the season in Week 6. The Giants CB Terrell Thomas leads his squad with four interceptions and QB Tony Romo has thrown a career 19 interceptions in December . WR Austin Miles has been Romo’s go to guy when it counts, Austin has 824 yards receiving along with eight TD’s. Miles Austin leads the league with six TD catches of more than 20 yards. The Cowboys have won eight straight when Terence Newman has an interception. The Cowboys have averaged 12.7ppg and allowed 10ppg in their last three games. They are 3-2 SU on the road where they average 19.4ppg and allow 18.2ppg. They are -56 ATS and 5-6 over/under.

The Giants (6-5) lost at Denver 6-26 in Week 12 and have dropped to third in the NFC East. QB Eli Manning made 24 of 40 passes for 230 yards with an interception; overall he’s thrown for 2,684 yards with 18 TD’s and eight interceptions for a 89.2 passer rating. RB Brandon Jacobs had 11 carries for 27 yards, while WR Steve Smith made seven catches for 71 yards. The Broncos defense completely shut down the Giants offense allowing them only 15 first downs. Eli Manning has suffered from a foot injury the last couple weeks, but he’s is currently listed as probable for Sunday. Regardless of who starts, the Giants will need to do a better job at protecting their QB. In New York's five losses they’ve surrendered 15 sacks, while they've given up just three in its six wins . The Cowboys, DeMarcus Ware, is their best pass rusher with eight sacks, and after being shut out in the first meeting between these teams, he will be fired up to get after the QB. The Giants defense is ranked 11th against the rush and they must be on their toes against the Cowboys sixth ranked running game. RB Marion Barber leads the Cowboys ground game with 633 yards rushing with four TD’s. When Justin Tuck has at least one sack, the Giants have won 11 in a row. The Giants have averaged 20ppg and allowed 26ppg in their last three games. They are 3-2 SU at home where they average 27.6ppg and allow 20ppg. They are 4-6-1 ATS and 6-4 over/under.
