RB Steven Jackson had a good game as well rushing for 96 yards on 20 rushes and one touchdown. Jackson has been averaging 92.6 yards in his last three contests. The Bengals off of another loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last week come in three games out of the final AFC wild-card spot and have 10 teams in front of them in the conference standings at 4-8 SU. If the Bengals can’t pull off four wins in their last games they will end up with their16th non-winning season in their last 17. Last season, the Bengals lost their final three games and failed to make the playoffs, one year after finishing 11-5 and winning the division. Bengal QB Carson Palmer struggled against the Steelers last week going 17-for-44 for a season-low 183 yards with no touchdowns. RB Rudi Johnson was held in check as he rushed for only 34 yards on 14 carries after rushing for 88 yards a week earlier.Home has not been a friend to the Bengals as they only 3-3 SU & ATS while scoring an average of 25.5 points per game. One hope for the Rams is that they have won twice on the road despite scoring just 11.5 points per game. They also have three straight double-digit wins over Cincinnati.
