The Niners (6-7) beat Arizona 24-9 at home in Week 14 and sit second in the NFC West. QB Alex Smith made 19 of 35 passes for 144 yards with two TD’s and two interceptions; overall he’s thrown for 1,721 yards with 15 TD’s and nine interceptions for a 83.3 passer rating. RB Frank Gore had 25 carries for 167 yards with a TD, while WR Michael Crabtree made five catches for 67 yards with a TD. TE Vernon Davis also added a TD. The Niners defense had four sacks and pulled down two interceptions on the day. Since a Week 1 win at Arizona, San Francisco has lost five road games in a row. The Niners' biggest problem on the road has been their inability to finish strong in the fourth quarter. The Niners are at their best offensively when they get RB Frank Gore involved and keep going to their star running back . Their ground game is ranked 24th thanks to RB Gore’s 835 yards rushing and 10 TD’s, but he’ll have his work cut out for him against the Eagles 10th ranked rush defense. The Niners 22nd ranked pass game will go against the Eagles 18th ranked pass defense, that has CB Asante Samuel with seven interceptions. 49ers linebacker Patrick Willis leads the NFL with 132 tackles. The Niners have averaged 20.3ppg and allowed 10.7ppg in their last three games. They are 1-5 SU on the road where they average 20ppg and give up an average22.5ppg.They are 8-3-2 ATS and 5-8 over/under.

The Eagles (9-4) won in NY Giants 45-38 in Week 14 and sit atop the NFC East. QB Donovan McNabb made 17 of 26 passes for 275 yards with two TD’s and an interception; overall he’s thrown for 2,702 yards with 18 TD’s and seven interceptions for a 95.9 passer rating. Back up QB Michael Vick ran in a five yard TD. RB Leonard Weaver had nine carries for 33 yards with a TD, while WR DeSean Jackson made six catches for 178 yards with a TD. TE Bret Celek also added a TD. Philadelphia's second-year receiver has become the best big-play threat in the league this year. He has eight touchdowns from outside 50 yards, and all 10 of his scores have come from at least 35 yards out. He will challenge the 49ers' 27th-ranked pass defense. The Eagles are not as strong defensively this year as in years past due to a slew of injuries at the linebacker position . That has not stopped Trent Cole from dominating. The ultimate energy player, he has 9.5 sacks and two forced fumbles this season. San Francisco's offensive line will have its hands full. The Eagles 11th ranked pass game, led by WR DeSean Jackson’s 947 yards receiving and 10 TD’s, will be up against the Niners 26th ranked pass defense. Their 19th ranked running game, led by RB LeSean McCoy’s 558 yards rushing and three TD’s, will have a hard time getting past the Niners fifth ranked rush defense. The Eagles are third in the NFL with a plus-15 turnover ratio. The Eagles have averaged 35.3ppg and allowed 23ppg in their last three games. They are 4-2 SU at home where they average 28.7ppg and allow 22.8ppg. They are 8-5 ATS and 9-4 over/under.
