The Panthers (6-8) beat Minnesota 26-7 at home in Week 15 and sit third in the NFC South. QB Matt Moore made 21 of 33 passes for 299 yards with three TD’s. RB Jonathan Stewart had 25 carries for 109 yards with a TD and he made two catches for 14 yards with a TD. WR Steve Smith made nine catches for 157 yards with a TD and FB Brad Hoover added a TD. Their defense had four sacks and one interception on the day. Carolina's third-year signal-caller, QB Matt Moore, has a golden opportunity to show the league, if not the Panthers, that he is a legitimate quarterback prospect. He had his best game as a pro against the Vikings last week, and another outstanding performance against the Giants could enhance his reputation even further. If he doesn’t get it going, they’ll rely on their third ranked ground game that’ll be up against the Giants seventh ranked rush defense. Their top RB DeAngelo Williams has 1,117 yards rushing with seven TD’s, might sit out Sunday with an ankle injury . After recording the most 100-yard receiving games in the league from 2004-08, Panthers WR Steve Smith has only two this year. The Panthers have averaged 17.3ppg and allowed 11ppg in their last three games. They are 2-5 SU on the road where they average 17.9ppg and give up an average 22.6ppg.They are 7-7 ATS and 5-9 over/under.

The Giants (8-6) won in Washington 45-12 in Week 15 and sit third in the NFC East. QB Eli Manning made 19 of 26 passes for 268 yards with three TD’s; overall he’s thrown for 3,584 yards with 26 TD’s and 11 interceptions for a 96 passer rating. RB Ahmad Bradshaw had nine carries for 61 yards with two TD’s, while WR Hakeem Nicks made two catches for 66 yards. WR Mario Manningham, WR Derek Hagan, WR Steve Smith each added a TD. Their defense had three interceptions and five sacks on the day. QB Eli Manning is on fire this December, he has 900 passing yards in three games this month, with eight TD’s and only one interception . His ninth ranked pass game will be up against the Panthers fourth ranked pass defense. He’ll have to watch for the Panthers CB Chris Gamble who has three interceptions in his last four games. The Giants will want to use their 10th ranked running game against the Panthers 26th ranked rush defense. Their go to guy on the ground is RB Brandon Jacobs with 834 yards rushing and six TD’s. RB Ahmad Bradshaw has three TD’s in three games. New York won last season's meeting to clinch homefield advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. The Giants have averaged 38ppg and allowed 27ppg in their last three games. They are 4-3 SU at home where they average 29.6ppg and allow 24.1ppg. They are 6-7-1 ATS and 9-4 over/under.
