Be sure to get your Arnold Palmer Invitational Predictions in now at BodogLife.comTiger Woods, the defending champion, sealed the deal here when the pressure was on with that memorable hats-off birdie on 18. Tiger's won five times in a row at Bay Hill, and he's due for another exhilarating victory. He’ll be making his third start of the season. His best finish this year was at the 2009 World Golf Championships-CA Championship where he came in T-9. His first tourney back since knee surgery was the 2009 World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship where he came in T-17. Tiger Woods is listed as 9/4 odds favorite to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Jim Furyk has two Top 10 finishes on the circuit this year. His best finish came at the 2009 World Golf Championships-CA Championship where he came in third. At the 2009 World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship he had a T-9 ending, but after that he’s gone nowhere. Bay Hill has not been one of his favorites and often did not fit into his schedule. His best finish in eight appearances here is only a tie for eighth in 1998. Jim Furyk is listed at 28/1 odds to win. Retief Goosen is fresh off last week’s win at the Transitions Championship. Goosen has been showing glimpses of brilliance in his last few starts. His other Top 5 finish this year was at the 2009 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am where he finished third. He’s a two-time major winner, winning the 2001 U.S. Open and the 2004 U.S. Open. Last year he finished T-17 at Arnies tourney. Retief Goosen is listed at 22/1 odds to win. Vijay Singh does very well at Bay Hill, he won it in 2007, and he has three Top 10 finishes here, including a third place finish last year. Singh hasn’t had a great start to this season. His best finish this year came at the 2009 World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship where he came in T-17. He finished the 2009 Mercedes-Benz Championship T-27, the 2009 World Golf Championships-CA Championship T-53 and he failed to make the cut in the first two events of the 09 season. But, he is getting into the swing of things and that’s why Vijay Singh is listed at 33/1 odds to win. Other Top 20 Golfers: Anthony Kim - 28/1 Kenny Perry - 28/1 Padraig Harrington - 28/1 Robert Allenby - 40/1 Sean O'Hair - 25/1 David Toms - 40/1 Stewart Cink - 40/1 Nick Watney - 40/1 Stephen Ames - 40/1 Stuart Appleby - 40/1 Matthew Goggin - 40/1 Charles Howell III - 40/1 Zach Johnson - 50/1 Davis Love III - 50/1 Ian Poulter - 50/1 Justin Rose - 50/1 Adam Scott - 50/1 Mike Weir - 50/1 Aaron Baddeley - 50/1 Point-Spreads.com Arnold Palmer Invitational Predictions The Bottom Line: I wouldn’t bet against Tiger in any tourney, but Vijay is a definite contender.
