Phil Mickelson lit up the front nine in his 2009 Masters Final Round today shooting a 30, but it was not enough to win the the green jacket this year as the 2009 Masters Results begin to roll in on Easter Sunday. Lefty was looking for his third, he won in 2004 and 2006. Mickelson shot a 67 today finishing the Masters at –9.

While he did not win the title, Phil won the daily 2009 Masters results match up battle against Tiger Woods. The opening line tournament favorite Woods shot a 68 in his 2009 Masters Final Round finishing the golf tournament at –8 strokes. Tiger played well through his first two rounds but only shot even par 72 on Friday.

Chad Campbell shot a 69 in his 2009 Masters Final Round at –12 strokes for the tournament throwing him into the three person playoff with Angel Cabrera and Kenny Perry. Campbell had an strong 2009 Masters opening round on Thursday, shooting a -7 to finish at 65. He recorded five more birdies yesterday, but bogeys on 11, 12 and 17 limited him to a two under par score of 70. The UNLV product has now hit 14 birdies through the first two rounds of play.
