One of the PGA Tours marquee tournaments get started Thursday. The Memorial Tournament, or Jacks Tournament, takes place at Muirfield Village G.C. from May 29th to June 1st. Defending Champ K.J. Choi will be back to try his luck at repeating. Six of the top 10 players in the world will be in the field, minus Tiger Woods. He currently ranks 7th in scoring average on the PGA TOUR. Sergio Garcia is listed at +1600 to win. Stewart Cink is so due for a win it’s not funny. He has two second place finishes and two third place finishes. He’s made 11 of 12 cuts and he is second on the moneylist. He currently ranks 9th in scoring average on the PGA TOUR. Last year at the Memorial Cink finished tied for fifth. Cink is having his best year on tour and a win is just a swing away. Stewart Cink is listed at +2000 to win. Geoff Ogilvy has made 8 of 12 cuts with one win, at the World Golf Championships-CA Championship. He finished second at the Shell Houston Open and he has two other Top 10 finishes.
