Since 1997, Tiger has won a major every year with the exception of 1998, 2003, and 2004.
Woods is set to tee off at 8:06am ET on Thursday morning. He is grouped with Padraig Harrington and Angel Cabrera.
The second major of the golf season tees off this Thursday, June 18th at the Bethpage State Park Black Course in Farmingdale, New York. The US Open, often considered the most difficult major to win, should provide plenty of excitement as Tiger Woods continues his comeback and Phil Mickelson attemtps to overcome his personal issues in order to win his first Open championship.
