Rule most recently finished third in the Florida Derby with John Velazquez, but Velazquez will ride favored Eskendereya in the Derby. Rule is trained by Todd Pletcher and owned by WinStar Farm.

• Other daughters of Personal Flag have produced the likes of Grade 2 winners Go Rockin’ Robin, It’s No Joke and Wayzata Bay
