The oddsmakers at internet racebook SportsBetting.com don’t seem to be given Big Truck at 35 to 1 odds a chance to win as a 2008 Kentucky Derby Bet. Big Truck is a three year old colt trained by Barclay Tagg and ridden by Javier Castellano who has won three races over the past year, the most recent being the Tampa Bay Derby back in March. Big Truck finished fifth or better in seven out of his last eight races and he will be participating in the noble “Running for Re-run” program, which donates money toward finding homes for former race horses.

See what the horse racing experts have to say on a Big Truck 2008 Kentucky Derby Bet:
"Save the T.B. Derby, his only other wins have come in maiden and allowance contests against New York breds," stated Kentucky Derby Bet Expert Anthony Stabile of VegasInsider.com. "I'm not quite sure how he'll handle the distance though his running style and apparent desire to go further may overcome his pedigree. Don't let the Blue Grass scare you off if you like him, like most of those raced poorly, he probably didn't care for the Polytrack at Keeneland. He'll be a big, big price so I'm using him on the bottom of trifectas and superfectas."
“Got some of the worst of it in the Blue Grass, but I'm not sure he's as talented as his stablemate,“ stated the horse racing experts at Superfecta Blog.
