2010 Preakness Odds Dublin +1000 Preakness Picks: Dublin hasn’t yet won a race this year and his odds are not as good as some of his contenders at the moment. He’s starting from post position number 12 and is said to have a fighting chance because of it. Online racebook SPORTSBOOK.com has posted horse racing betting odds to win the 2010 Preakness Stakes.

D. Wayne Lukas is Dublin’s trainer and is said to be one of the best in the business. There hasn’t been a trainer that has started more horses in Preakness Stakes other than Lukas over the past 100 years. Jockey Garrett Gomez will ride Dublin in the 2010 Preakness. Gomez finished the Kentucky Derby in 6th place atop Lookin For Lucky. Dublin is the son of Afleet Alex, who won the 2005 Preakness Stakes and Belmont. He seems to have the right pedigree and is a strong three-year-old. Overall, Dublin is listed with a 2-1-2 record in nine starts and has over $370,000 in earnings.

The 135th Preakness is set for May 15th, 2010 in Baltimore at 6:15 PM.
