Is cyberstaker Paddy Roberts giving legal advice to Scott Lewis? Is cyberstalker Paddy Roberts, AKA Patrick Tyrone Roberts, the 65 year old leader of the Progressive Nationalist Party in BC (Formerly known as the Bloc BC Party) working for Bodog domain hijacker and Patent Troll Scott Lewis of 1st Technology? The aging Paddy Roberts has already been banned from practically every sports gambling forum on the internet for obsessive cyberstalking of Bodog Founder Calvin Ayre but Tyrone was able to post several interesting and eye opening excerpts at popular online casino forum CasinoMeister.com earlier in the month before getting banned for the second time in just under a year.

Excerpt from Patrick Tyrone Roberts, AKA Coldeyeme’s post include:

“I've been in touch with Scott Lewis this morning....I just had a conversation which leads me to think the US government does have a hand in this....I'm waiting to get confirmation from the 1st Technology lawyers as to what steps they might be taking next...I do know for a fact that some branch of the US government has been helpful to 1st Technology.”

It is no secret that Roberts has a penchant for the Canadian self made billionaire, the alarming question is why would Patent Troll Scott Lewis of 1st Technology work with Roberts? Could the group be trying to extort Bodog Entertainment?

After reading tons of his long winded fantasy driven rants, I can imagine the elderly Roberts sitting in front of his computer screen for hours on end every day chanting “I must have my precious or nobody else can" while he stalks Ayre around cyberspace. Bodog’s founder is to Paddy as that ring was to Gollum in the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy. It has become a life long obsession that Patrick Tyrone Roberts cannot break even to his own detriment.

One can only imagine the negative impact this obsession is having on Paddy's life in the same way that that ring ultimately destroyed Gollum. The parallel between the Lord of the Rings character and Paddy Roberts is dead on and it is clear that Roberts is unable to differentiate between fact and fiction when his ”precious” is involved.

Psychological defense mechanisms are psychological strategies used by individuals to cope with reality and to maintain his/her self image intact. Defense mechanism becomes pathological when it is used persistently and leads to maladaptive behavior that will eventually threaten the physical and/or mental health of the individual.

“Paddy Roberts uses psychological defense mechanisms, specifically ‘Projection’ when posting about his long standing fixation with Ayre,” stated a very well respected Psychology Professor that wished to remain anonymous after speaking to Point-Spreads.com today. “Constantly referencing Calvin as ‘pink ass’ and the gay undertones in his posts I reviewed today lead me to believe that Roberts himself may be a closeted homosexual that has not come to terms with his own self image. He is lashing out at Ayre in an attempt to get back at him for not fulfilling his own suppressed sexual fantasies.”

Patrick Tyrone Roberts tells wild, graphic and delusional tales. After reading some previous posts from several of the known posting aliases Roberts uses, Point-Spreads.com was able to uncover these gems while researching this story:

ATE and River City Group to Merge and Re-brand as Clarion GamingFollowing on the successful purchase of two key gaming industry event/publication companies by Clarion Events, a merger of those into a single entity called Clarion Gaming will begin in September 10, 2007 and be complete by early 2008. ATE produces the major London exhibitions ICE and ICEi, along with The Betting Show and other conference events. In July 2006, ATE was joined by sister company, River City Group. Together we produce the European I-Gaming Congress and Expo (EiG) and BetMarkets. River City Group produces the Global Interactive Gaming Summit and Expo (GIGSE), World Poker Congress, Asian i-Gaming Congress (AiG, formerly PCIG) and I-Gaming InDepth conferences. In addition, both companies are responsible for key trade publications such as IGaming News, Betting Business, and Casino Review among others.

Simon Kimble, Managing Director of Clarion Events in London, said, “We made these two strategic purchases to get a foothold in serving the global gaming industry. We expect, as these two companies integrate, that they will form a dynamic foundation allowing us to assemble yet more key gaming industry event and publication companies in various regions of the world.”

What does this mean for River City Group clients? Our staff and services will remain essentially the same and we plan to continue to offer the same trusted services to you as our readers, delegates, exhibitors and sponsors. This merger will allow us, and by extension, our clients, a broader reach as the lines between terrestrial and online gaming services continue to blur. We’ll be offering a combined suite of events and even more innovative digital information services so that you can best reach your markets.

Clarion Gaming, as the newly merged companies will be known, will espouse the same principles that have allowed River City Group and ATE to become the standard by which gaming companies gauge conferences and exhibitions serving their markets. Under this new moniker, we look forward to the opportunity to improve even further upon our new and established business relationships via the increased resources and reach of a shared identity and assets.

Bodog Domain Name: Scott Lewis vs Mohawk War Party? PDF Print E-mail

Bodog Domain Name: Scott Lewis vs Mohawk War Party?I think Scott Lewis and 1st Technology (see Patent Trolls) might have messed with the wrong Indians when they seized control of the Bodog domain name portfolio late last month. Calvin Ayre, Founder of Bodog Entertainment, announced on Friday a North American licensing agreement for the Bodog gaming channel to the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group. Point-Spreads.com was told about the the licensing agreement with Morris Mohawk while attending the filming of Bodog Fight Vancouver, which was the weekend before control of the domain names was turned over to 1st Technology.

Point-Spreads.com has heard that the Mohawks are very pissed their domain names being “stolen”. I wonder if Scott Lewis knew he would be in a fight with the toughest group of people in all of North America when the patent troll won his $48 million default judgment.

The Oka Crisis was a land dispute between the Mohawk nation and the town of Oka, Quebec over the town's desire to build a golf course on Mohawk sacred burial grounds. The Oka Crisis lasted from July 11th thru September 26th, 1990 and resulted in three deaths. It was the first of a number of well-publicized violent conflicts between the Mohawk people and the Canadian government in the late 20th century.

Surprisingly, the Mohawk issue their people passports from the Mohawk nation and the passports are recognized and accepted by customs officials of several countries including the United States of America. This level of international acceptance of nationhood is unparalleled by any other Indian tribe. Can you imagine the look on Scott Lewis's face if a Mohawk War Party showed up at his doorsteps to settle the Bodog domain name dispute! You think this sounds far fetched, well tell that to Joseph Onasakenrrat. Chief of the Oka Mohawk people, Joseph Onasakenrat took a small armed force of Mohawks to confront a Church that was overseeing its land holdings improperly.

While Calvin Ayre focuses on the European expansion of the online entertainment giant, the most aggressive natives in North America will be fighting Scott Lewis's 1st Technology over the control of the Bodog.com domain name in the courts. This mostly militant tribe believes in having 1,000 year wars so it is doubtful that 1st Technology will even see a penny of the $48 million default judgment based on the history of the Mohawk people.

Bodog not properly served by 1st Technology! PDF Print E-mail

Bodog not properly served by 1st Technology!Point-Spreads.com was told about the deal between Bodog Entertainment and the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group while attending the taping of Bodog Fight Vancouver the weekend prior to 1st Technology seizing control of the Bodog domain name portfolio. Our sources on the ground in Costa Rica are reporting that the seizure of the Bodog domain names by 1st Technology might not be as kosher as you would expect as there are currently questions pertaining to whether or not the proper company was even served papers pertaining to the Bodog.com domain name dispute.

Point-Spreads.com has acquired a copy of a sworn declaration by the person that was served the papers in Costa Rica, Ana Victoria Mora Flores. Ana Victoria was previously an employee of Bodog Entertainment up until October 2006, at which time the company moved its corporate headquarters from Costa Rica to Antigua. It turns out, Ana Victoria was never an officer or director of any entity owned by Bodog Entertainment and certainly was never authorized to accept service for any Bodog related company.

"We are for sure business as usual," stated Bodog Entertainment Founder Calvin Ayre to Point-Spreads.com two days ago. "After day one there was nothing different except I hear that the Costa Rican company that we were paying to hold those domains for us has got a busy legal agenda in front of them. The company that is in that lawsuit is not part of the Bodog Group of operating gaming companies so whatever happens to it will have no affect on us now."

Bodog to License North American Gaming Through Morris MohawkPoint-Spreads.com is the first to report that Bodog Entertainment, the international entertainment powerhouse founded by noted Canadian Billionaire Calvin Ayre, has licensed the brand, including the use of all Bodog domains and the Bodog trademark to Morris Mohawk Gaming Group for the operation and marketing of gaming in North America.

Morris Mohawk is headed by noted first nation leader Alwyn Morris, most known for winning two medals in kayaking in the 1984 Olympics and raising the symbolic eagle feather during the medal ceremony. For this feat, he was made a member of the Order of Canada, the country’s highest civilian honor in 1985. Since then he has been involved in numerous sport, civic and business endeavors to forward the position of aboriginals in Canada. He is currently Director of the Council of Chiefs for the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake, located on the South Shore of Montréal.

“We could not have found a more perfect partner then Alwyn Morris and Morris Mohawk. Morris is a true Canadian hero,” said Calvin Ayre. “We are confident that Morris Mohawk will be able to give our North American customers the quality experience they have come to expect from Bodog.”

“Our deal with Bodog is another great addition to the business community that has developed in Kahnawake,” added Morris. “Working with the top brand in the industry will further solidify the extensive experience, knowledge base and importance of this vertical.”
