A "Tiger" looks to earn his stripes while a pair of Japanese warriors do battle this week, as Bodog Fight re-opens The Vault for more hard-hitting, heart-pounding mixed martial arts action.
Tuesday, January 22 visit Bodog TV's award-winning website, bodoglife.net/fight for an all-new episode of Bodog Fight: The Vault, featuring a never-before-seen bout between Alberta's Victor "The Matrix" Valimaki (7-2) and California's Vernon "Tiger" White (24-28-2).
This light-heavyweight fight was the headliner at a Bodog-sponsored Elite FC event in Vancouver, BC, and didn't disappoint.
A seasoned submission wrestler who trains at Ken Shamrock's Lion's Den in California, the 35-year-old White entered the ring having already fought some of the biggest names in the business including Chuck Liddell, Jeremy Horn, Kazushi Sakuraba, Pedro Rizzo, Frank Shamrock, and Bas Rutten.
Replacing an injured Marvin Eastman at the last minute, Valimaki had won four straight, including an impressive victory over MMA legend Dan "The Beast" Severn.
