One of the UFC’s hottest lightweights is on display Wednesday evening and as always, Sportsbook.com will have all the odds for Ultimate Fight Night’s 12 bout card. Coming off a three fight winning streak, Kenny Florian (-220) will look to continue his rise up the lightweight ranks as he takes on up and comer Joe Lauzon (+180). Both fighters made their names from the UFC’s popular “The Ultimate Fighter” reality TV show. With outstanding Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills and an able stand up game, Florian has been mowing over his opponents since Unanimous Decision loss to former champ Sean Sherk. With current lightweight champ BJ Penn set to square off against Sherk in May, one would think that if Florian can get past Lauzon, he could be next in line to take on the winner of Penn and Sherk. In Lauzon, Florian will be facing a well rounded and hungry 23 year old that has already proved he belongs in the octagon. With great submission skills coupled with knockout power, Lauzon has been fine tuning his skills recently with the champion Penn. Just because it’s the middle of the week, doesn’t mean you can’t bet on mixed martial arts. With UFC Fight Night coming to you on Spike TV, there is plenty of reason to sit back and bet on some of the toughest athletes around. Sportsbook.com has posted MMA betting odds on this week's UFC Fight Night Card:
