The live Pay-Per-View experience, UFC 101: Declaration, is set to get underway at 10pm ET. Headlining the 11 fight card is a battle for the lightweight championship between current belt holder B.J. Penn and number one contender Kenny Florian. The undercard features a match up between middleweight champ Anderson Silva and former light heavyweight champion Forrest Griffin at 205lbs. BetUS.com has Penn and Silva listed as heavy favorites in tonight's UFC 101 Odds, Picks & Predictions. Amir Sadollah vs Johny Hendricks UFC 101 Odds, Picks & Predictions

This evening's stacked card also has The Ultimate Fighter season 7 winner, Amir Sadollah, pitted against undefeated welterweight Johny Hendricks. Sadollah is presently a -130 moneyline favorite in the highly anticipated clash.

Amir Sadollah will make his long awaited return to the Octagon tonight as he squares off against the 5-0 Hendricks. Sadollah has not fought since submitting C.B. Dollaway in June of 2008 to win the TUF 7 finale. The always affable New Yorker has been sidelined with various injuries over the past year, leaving many to wonder just how long he would be out of the fight game.

The speculation has come to an end, however, and the well rounded fighter will face his toughest challenge yet in Hendricks.

Sadollah, in his typical fashion, acknowledged that the former Oklahoma State wrestler would be a game adversary.

"He is a very strong opponent as he brings a new set of challenges for me," Sadollah said. "I will, as always, take this fight more seriously than the last."

Hendricks, who was an All American and National Champion for the Cowboys wrestling program, makes his UFC debut tonight. He has a 5-0 career mark, but was 2-0 in the WEC before making the transition to the Octagon.

The 25 year old Ada, Oklahoma native last fought in March, when he won a unanimous decision over Alex Serdyukov at WEC: Brown vs. Garcia.

Hendricks, given his wrestling background is comfortable on the mat, but he has proven to be a capable standup fighter as well. The 5'9" wrecking ball scored a TKO against Justin Haskins prior to taking out Serdyukov.

Hendricks appears to be all business as he prepares to fight in the UFC for the first time.

"I haven't given all that much thought to Amir," Hendricks stated. "I know what I need to do to win and that's all I care about."
