 Steve Dannenmann was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1966 and is best known for being the runner-up in the 2005 WSOP Main Event where he won $4.25 million. Interestingly enough, his friend, Jerry Ditzel, also enjoyed a huge payday that day. It seems he split the $10,000 entry fee 50/50 with Dannenmann, so when the new poker player took 2nd place, he split the winnings 50/50 with his friend.
