 THE ODDS COUPLES. Last week's elimination of Ian Ziering and Cheryl Burke from "Dancing With the Stars" was right in line with what the oddsmakers were predicting after the four finalist couples were announced. Point-Spreads.com said the gambling sites BetUS.com and Bodog.com, for instance, each had them as the long shot at 7-to-1 and 5-to-1, respectively.
Both those sites and a sampling of bloggers favor Olympic gold-medalist skater Apolo Anton Ohno and partner Julianne Hough to win on the live, two-hour finale tomorrow at 9 p.m. on ABC. (The last performance episode is tonight from 8-9 p.m.). The oddsmakers are predicting former 'N Sync singer Joey Fatone and partner Kym Johnson will edge out boxer Laila Ali and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy for runner-up.
