Auto Club 500 Betting Odds: The Sprint Cup Series heads to Fontana, California this week for the Auto Club 500 at the two mile Auto Club Speedway. Jimmie Johnson will enter the Auto Club 500 fresh off a 35th place finish in last weekend's Daytona 500. However, that 
result should not hamper Johnson in Fontana as he has had great success on the Auto Club Speedway in the past. Johnson, who led 74 laps and finished ninth in last year's race, has four wins and nine top five finishes in 14 career runs at the track.
Three familiar names follow Johnson on the odds leaderboard, those being Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, and Kyle Busch. All three drivers are listed at +800 on the moneyline to win the Auto Club 500. Of the three, Gordon seems like the most likely candidate to win come Sunday. The four time Cup champ placed second last year after leading 64 laps and he has three wins in 19 races at the speedway. Martin, who will be navigating the D-shaped oval for just the third time, has one top five result in Fontana. Busch has one win in 11 races at the facility; he placed third last February, but did not lead a single lap.
Other drivers in the mix include Kurt Busch (+1200), Greg Biffle (+1200), Denny Hamlin (+1200), Carl Edwards (+1200), and Tony Stewart (+1200). The five drivers have a combined three Sprint Cup wins at the Auto Club Speedway.
