Soccer Betting: Thomas brings up 100 on SaturdayWelsh skipper Gareth Thomas will bag his 100th cap in Saturday's Rugby World Cup eliminator against Fiji after making a quickfire return from a rib injury. Bodog.com has all the odds on the Rugby Union – World Cup 2007.

Two weeks ago Thomas feared his World Cup was over after he suffered rib cartilage damage following a big hit from Aussie Stirling Mortlock during his country´s 32-20 defeat to Australia.

Scans taken straight after the impact proved the injury was not as bad as first expected but even then there was only thought to be an outside chance Thomas would be fit to face the tough Fijians.

However, the veteran has been in full contact training this week and will play instead of Kevin Morgan at full-back to bring up a century of Test caps for Wales.

It´s a must-win encounter for Wales and the Point-Spreads rugby experts believe Wales will win comfortably .

Meanwhile, stand-off Jonny Wilkinson has called for big England display in Friday night's World Cup show down against Tonga.

England will arrive in Paris knowing their miserable reign as world champions would reach a risible conclusion if Tonga beat them.

"We've already seen huge performances from the likes of Tonga, who showed against South Africa you have to go out there with everything. You need to go out there and be enormously committed to a cup-final mentality," said Wilkinson.

Elsewhere, Brian O'Driscoll says it would be a "travesty" if Ireland fail to beat Argentina and reach the World Cup quarter-finals.

If they are to progress and further, the men in green  must beat the Argies by at least seven points and run in a minimum of four tries at the Parc des Princes on Sunday.

"It would be a travesty to work as hard as we have done for the past three months in pre-season, and four years since the last World Cup, and not put in a performance," said O'Driscoll.
