Champions League Second Legs on Tuesday & Wednesday

Champions League Second Legs on Tuesday & WednesdaySoccer Betting Champions League action is down to the Round of 16 and that number will be cut to eight after the second legs are completed.  There are four games scheduled for Tuesday, three for Wednesday and one for next week.  Tuesday it is Sevilla hosting Fenerbahce, AC Milan hosting Arensal, Celtic at Barcelona and Lyon at Manchester United.  Wednesday it is Olympiakos at Chelsea, AS Roma at Real Madrid and Schalke at FC Porto.  Next Tuesday it will be Inter Milan hosting Liverpool. 

Real Madrid trails against Roma 2-1 after a 2-1 loss but most people believe that they will have no trouble winning against Roma on Wednesday.  Real Madrid is a 1 goal favorite at SBG Global or -220 on the three-way line.  Madrid coach Bernd Schuster will have Robinho in the lineup.  He is back from injury and scored twice on Saturday in the win at Recreativo. "This win has given us confidence at a very good time," said Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas, "We have to beat Roma and we mustn't let goals in."

Barcelona is in good shape as they host Celtic.  Barcelona won the first match 3-2 and would have to collapse to not advance.  Lionel Messi, Deco, and Yaya Toure are all expected to play.  Barcelona is a -1.5 goal favorite at SBG Global and -500 on the three-way line. Sevilla lost the opening leg against Fenerbahce 3-2 but it is expected to win on Tuesday. Coach Manolo Jimenez rested many key players for Tuesday’s match. "I don't regret saving players," Jimenez said, "The only person who has allowed himself the luxury of thinking about Fenerbahce was me and nobody else." Sevilla is a 1 goal favorite at SBG Global and -250 on the three-way line. 

AC Milan got a draw at Arsenal in the first leg and now has the advantage at home, especially since Eduardo is out for Arsenal.  AC Milan is a .5 goal favorite at SBG Global and even money on the three-way line. While Arsenal is an underdog to advance it is expected that Manchester United should have no trouble at home against Lyon. United is a -1.5 goal favorite at SBG Global and -300 on the three-way line. Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney were rested over the weekend and should play on Tuesday.  Chelsea also looks to advance as all they need is a win to put away Olympiakos after the teams played to a draw in the first leg.  Chelsea is a -1.5 goal favorite and -350 on the three-way line at SBG Global.

Porto trails 1-0 to Schalke after a first leg loss so they will need to win to advance.  Porto is laying a half goal and -135 at SBG Global. Next Tuesday it will be Inter Milan hosting Liverpool. The match was moved to next week since AC Milan is at home.  Inter will be trying to overturn a two goal deficit to Liverpool.
