England has a stacked side that just had nine players make it to the UEFA Champions League Final, but seven of them will not be playing. Chelsea’s John Terry, Ashley Cole, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole, plus Man United’s Wayne Rooney, Owen Hargreaves and Wes Brown are out. Rio Ferdinand will captain his side again.
