Andorra is one of the smallest countries taking part in the 2010 World Cup qualifiers and don’t have much of a chance. Ildefons Lima is their top scorer with one goal. During the qualifiers for Germany 2006, the principality tasted victory for the first time in an official match - Marc Bernaus scoring the winner in a 1-0 home win over Macedonia on 13 October 2004. And while Andorra were once again in last place at the end of qualifying, they amassed no fewer than five points along the way - their highest ever tally in an official competition. Andorra may still have still a long way to go, but those achievements have whetted the country's appetite for further successes in international competitions. And while they had little to cheer about during the UEFA EURO 2008 qualifiers, they are optimistic that the South Africa 2010 preliminaries will see them repeat their achievements of the previous campaign. England is atop of Group 6 in the Europe Zone qualifying with a 6-0 record after scoring 20 goals and allowing four. Their most recent win was over Kazakhstan 4-0 on the road. They got goals from Gareth Barry, Emile Henskey, Wayne Rooney and Frank Lampard. Wayne Rooney leads his countrymen with six goals in qualifying. This was the seventh straight win at Wembley Stadium, but they insist that just because Andorra is winless they can’t take them lightly. "It's going to be a difficult game after coming back from Kazakhstan, we're very focused and hopefully we'll get the result," he said. "It's difficult with the time difference, I've felt tired all the time, but hopefully it'll be okay." Said Hemskey. Rio Ferdinand missed England’s qualifying victory in Kazakhstan as he was still experiencing discomfort from the calf injury that disrupted his preparations for last month's UEFA Champions League final. John Terry has stressed the need for England to peak at the right time during the 2010 FIFA World Cup but is confident England "are getting to where the manager wants us to be". Terry knows it is crucial that England are at their best when they attempt to lift football's most coveted trophy for the second time. The Chelsea star said: "We are playing really well and are well on the way to where we want to be. A win will secure a trip to Africa. 2010 World Cup Qualifier: England vs Andorra When: Wed, June 10, 2009 3:15 PM ET Line: BetUS.com Pick: England - Over 5 Point-Spreads.com 2010 World Cup Qualifier: England vs Andorra The Bottom Line: Over, at home, is a sure thing for England.
