 The English Football Association has confirmed that England skipper John Terry will undergo a precautionary scan on a knee injury. A statement on the club's website, chelseafc.com, confirmed: "Chelsea football club can confirm that Henk ten Cate has joined as assistant first-team coach, and we would like to welcome him to the club." The Dutchman quit his job as Ajax coach earlier this week.Chelsea said they had expect to finalise his contract within by the end of this week. Chelsea have agreed a compensation figure with Ajax. 52-year-old Ten Cate´s name came to the fore after a highly successful spell with Frank Rijkaard at Barcelona.
