Inter Milan and AS Roma are turning the Serie A into a two horse race. Inter Milan dominated Lazio 3-0 in their last game while AS Roma won easily 2-0 over Cagliari. Inter Milan leads AS Roma by three points in the standings. Roma is five points in front of everyone else. Surprisingly, AC Milan is 16 points out of first.

Fifth-placed Fiorentina visits Palermo on Saturday with Czech defender Tomas Ujfalusi not expected to play. AC Milan's game at Reggina has been postponed because the European champions are in Japan for the Club World Cup.
