Rumours from the English Premier League suggest that Barcelona has edged ahead of Liverpool in the race to sign Thierry Henry and that the Arsenal forward will start the next season at Camp Nou.

Henry's agent Jerome Anderson continues to deny contact between his client and Barcelona and has initiated legal proceedings against France Football for reporting that a meeting was held between himself and Barca sporting director Txiki Beguiristain.
However, despite these proceedings, there remains a strong belief that Barcelona's charm offensive will eventually pay off.
