Andy Murray did not have it all his own way on Philippe Chatrier Court on Thursday, but handled the difficult conditions well to grind out a 7-6(3), 6-4, 7-5 victory over Italian lucky loser Simone Bolelli in the Roland Garros second round. "It was so difficult because the win wasn’t consistent; it was swirling the whole time," explained Murray. "There was no real rhythm and your legs get kind of tired too because you’re doing so many small adjustment steps. It was really tricky today. "There were a lot of scrappy points, a lot of scrappy games, and you’ve just got to try and chase as many balls down as you can and make them play one extra ball. Today I was able to do that. I thought he played very well; he hit the ball through the wind definitely better than I did." a three-time Grand Slam finalist, posted his best result at Roland Garros two years ago when he reached the quarter-finals (l. to F. Michael Berrer ousted French veteran Arnaud Clement, 7-6(6), 3-6, 7-5, 6-4 in three hours and 36 minutes. At the start of 2011 he again reached the Zagreb final where he was defeated by Ivan Dodig in straight sets.
