Wimbledon 2010 Novak Djokovic vs Tomas Berdych Betting Odds: The Wimbledon men's semifinals get underway on Friday morning as Novak Djokovic and Tomas Berdych square off for the third time in their careers. The two combatants are scheduled to hit the court at approximatley 8:00am ET. Wimbledon 2010 Betting Odds at SPORTSBETTING.com have Djokovic listed as a slight -135 moneyline favorite to end Berdych's unexpected run.

Novak Djokovic advanced to the semifinal round for the fifth time in his last 11 Grand Slam events. The Serbian did so by Wimbledon 2010: Novak Djokovic vs Tomas Berdych Betting Oddstaking out unseeded Yen-Hsun LU in straight sets 6-3, 6-2, 6-2. Djokovic put away 29 winners in the match compared to LU's 13 and he also held the Chinese Taipei product, who stunned Andy Roddick in the quarterfinals, to a 33 percent success rate on his second serve.

Djokovic, the world's third ranked player, probably expected to meet defending champion Roger Federer on Friday; however, he was anything but dismissive of Berdych. The 23 year old indicated that the task will still be a tall one come tomorrow morning.

"Berdych, he's a player who won against Roger in four sets," Djokovic said. "We cannot forget that. He's gonna go for the shots. I think he has, again, nothing to lose. He's gonna be motivated."

Tomas Berdych did indeed beat Federer in four sets, shocking the tennis world with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 triumph over the 16 time major winner. The Monte Carlo resident broke Federer's serve four times in the match and he also held the Swiss sensation to a miserable 1-of-8 on break point conversions. Berdych also kept Federer under constant pressure with his big shots as he hit 51 winners in the huge upset.

The 24 year old Berdych, who has reached the semfinals in the last two Grand Slams, now must overcome a player who owns a 2-0 record against him. However, the two have not played since March of last year and the Czech native seemed to think the past would have no bearing on the future.

"It's gonna be similar matches as the match Murray and I played at Roland Garros," Berdych said. "We played before a really long time ago, and then the match is completely like we met for the first time. I'm looking forward to the match."
