The second round of action begins today at the Rogers Masters in Toronto, Canada. Players will be vying for a $2,615,000 purse and there is no shortage of big names hitting the hard court in pursuit of it. BodogLife.com has all the tennis betting match-ups, including Wimbledon winner Rafael Nadal at -10000 odds against American Jesse Levine and ATP number one ranked Roger Federer at -3000 odds facing Gilles Simon. Nadal, fresh off his spectacular Wimbledon final against Federer, will begin play at Federer, while still the number one ranked player in the world, has had a difficult year by his standards. He is 43-9 year to date but he lost to Nadal in the finals at both the French Open and Wimbledon. Today, he will be facing a far more difficult opponent than Jesse Levine. Frenchmen Gillis Simon is a proven player who has two titles this year and a 22nd singles ranking. Simon, who prefers hard court play, has an excellent backhand shot. BodogLife.com has Gillis at +1000 odds to beat Federer. Other Tennis Betting odds at BodogLife.com: Andy Murray -1000 vs Thomas Johansson +550 Jonas Bjorkman +475 vs James Blake -800 Nikolay Davydenko -170 vs Tommy Haas +130 Number six ranked Andy Roddick already advanced to the third round of play by beating Nicolas Mahut in three sets. |

10:15 EST. The Spaniard comes into the event with a 56-7 record on the year and two majors under his belt. The Rogers Masters will pose a challenge for Nadal as his biggest nemesis -- other than Federer -- to this point has been the hard court surface. He, however, should have no trouble today in putting away 20 year old Jesse Levine. Levine just turned pro last year and he sports a 4-10 year to date record. BodogLife.com has him at +1600 odds against Nadal.
