American Idol 2010 Week 11 Aaron Kelly Goes Home: The young and handsome Aaron Kelly was sent home last night after making it all the way to week 11 elimination on ‘American Idol’. Aaron is only 17 and seems to have an amazing future in front of him. The online sportsbook BODOG.com has made predictions on who will be the next ‘American Idol’.

Aaron Kelly made it farther along in the competition than most would have expected. The shy kid with the big voice had the least amount of viewer votes after his Sinatra hit, “Fly Me To The Moon’. I actually liked it but he still has some growing to do before he can compete with the remaining ‘Idol’ hopefuls.

In addition to Harry Connick, Jr. performing last night, Lady GaGa hit the ‘American Idol’ stage. GaGa wore a black fishnet body suit to perform her latest Fame Monster single “Alejandro”. The pop-star’s performance wasn’t live though, it was taped after last week’s elimination episode aired. The performance itself seemed off and a bit choppy. Lady GaGa blamed ‘AI” executives for cutting her performance short and even tweeted, “Idol cut down my performance–see the full-length performance here little monsters!" with a link to a longer version of the song.  Lady GaGa is rumored to have received $250,000 for her performance on ‘American Idol’. I bet old Harry Connick Jr. didn’t receive that much!

‘American Idol’ returns next Tuesday at 8:00 PM EST. We are now down to the final four after Aaron Kelly left the ‘AI’ stage last night. Crystal Bowersox and Lee Dewyze are the favorites now. My guess is the pair will compete to the very end. 

 Crystal Bowersox has 4 to 7 odds of winning the singing competition while Lee Dewyze has 2 to 1 odds. The judges have praised Crystal’s performances all along until the past couple of weeks. In the meantime, Lee has taken center stage and gained popularity. My money is on Lee Dewyze winning ‘American Idol’ this season.
