 Point-Spreads.com expects to see a re-energized Bodog making an aggressive push back on the online poker scene in 2009 with their new Mac friendly flash based poker client. Even in a recession, Apple Inc. managed to sell more Macs in the December 2008 than it did in December 2007. According to preliminary numbers released by Gartner and IDC this month, Apple sold some 1.2 million Macs in the U.S. during the quarter, representing between 7.2% and 8% market share for the quarter, up year over year.“I know several online poker players that will be migrating over to Bodog Poker now that they have a Mac friendly flash based poker client,” stated Point-Spreads.com Publisher Thomas Jensen. “Bodog was the first online gambling company to begin to scale back operations in early 2008 in order to remain lean during the economic downturn, a move that will benefit the company in 2009.
