Bulls at Bobcats NBA Picks – April 14, 2010

by Reno Gold on Wednesday, April 14th, 2010

Bulls at Bobcats – NBA Picks: The Chicago Bulls 2010 NBA season comes down to today's game at  Charlotte. A Bulls win secures the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs 8-seed. If Chicago loses at Charlotte and Toronto defeats New York at home then the Raptors capture the 8th spot.

Bulls at Bobcats NBA Picks - April 14, 2010The Bulls responded to pressure Tuesday night by defeating the Boston Celtic 101-93 at the United Center in Chicago. Tonight it is gut-check time again for the Bulls at Charlotte. The Bulls have defeated the Bobcats in 2-of-3 games this season but lost the only game played at Charlotte.

NBA Picks oddsmakers at online sportsbook BetUS.com list the Bulls as 3-chalk favorites versus the Bobcats with a 188 1/2 total. Bobcats' backers are getting +135 odds on the BetUS moneyline while the Bulls are giving -155.

Derrick Rose played clutch basketball against the Celtics by  scoring a career-high 39 points, dishing out seven assists and blocked three shots. In the fourth quarter, Rose scored 17 of his 39.

The Bobcats are a little beat up and will more than likely rest most of their starters in tonight's game. Last time out versus the Nets, forward Gerald Wallace sat out to rest his sore shoulder. Fans can expect the same Wednesday.

NBA Picks: The Bulls will win because of focus. There could be no playoffs if they lose this game. Meanwhile, Charlotte's focus is on this weekends matchup with the Orlando Magic in the first round of the playoffs. We like the Bulls in this one SU and -3 ATS.
