Celtics at Lakers Game 7 NBA Finals Odds & Predictions 2010: It’s the last game of the NBA season tonight, and either the Boston Celtics or the Los Angeles Lakers will be leaving Staples Center in Los Angeles with the championship trophy after the final buzzer. And if tonight’s odds are any indication, the Lakers will be the ones to grab that hardware. Tipoff for Game 7 is set for 9:00pm ET at Staples Center, with ABC providing the coverage.

Celtics at Lakers Game 7 NBA Finals Odds & Predictions 2010Los Angeles has been listed as 7-point home favorites for the deciding game of the NBA Finals on the Sportsbook.com basketball betting board, with the total for the contest set at 186 points. Celtics backers are getting +260 odds on the Sportsbook.com board while LA is giving -320.

Los Angeles forced Game 7 with an 89-67 laugher of a victory back in Game 6 on Tuesday night. An anaemic Celtics offense scored 20 or fewer points in each of the four quarters in that contest, bottoming out with 13 points in the second quarter as the Lakers took a 51-31 halftime lead and never looked back.

Kobe Bryant led all scorers with 26 points for the Lakers on Tuesday night, while Pau Gasol had 17 points and Ron Artest chipped in with 15 points. Andrew Bynum (two points) and Derek Fisher (four points) were largely held in check, with Lamar Odom contributing eight points in the victory.

Over on the other bench it was Ray Allen who led the attack with 19 points, with the Celtics’ other scorers all shooting well below 50% from the field. Paul Pierce went 6-of-14 for 13 points, with Kevin Garnett also going 6-of-14 for 12 points. Rajon Rondo scored 10 points.

Celtics center Kendrick Perkins played only 6:30 of Game 6 before suffering a right knee injury. Perkins will miss Game 7 with both a torn MCL and a torn PCL, which should give both Gasol and Bynum more room to work for the Lakers.

Bynum was limited to just 15 minutes on Tuesday because of the score and his sore knee, but is fully expected to suit up for Game 7 on Thursday night.

To make up for the loss of Perkins the Celtics will need to get more out of Rasheed Wallace and Glen Davis. Wallace and Davis combined to go 0-for-10 for zero points in Game 6, with Davis grabbing nine rebounds in his 27 minutes of action.
