Colorado head coach Dan Hawkins is a little concerned with the Seminoles overall speed but also thinks the Buffaloes will have a slight advantage due to the high altitude of Boulder compared to that of Tallahassee, Fla.

I think there is a fine line there, it’s not like we’re running a marathon or a 10K and that is a big, huge issue,” Hawkins said referring to the altitude advantage.” “They [FSU] have plenty of depth and guys they can roll in there, and that is a little bit of an adjustment, but I think that a little too much can be made of the outside conditions. It will have a little bit of an effect, but will it be a major one? No.” 

"Based off of film they look faster then we do,” Hawkins said at his weekly press conference. “We’re just going to have to be very detailed and execute. They have a lot of guys who can run to the ball on defense. You have to be real aggressive and make sure you get a ‘hat’ on a guy and if you don’t they’re going to swarm you up.”
