Oklahoma vs Nebraska College Football Picks Predictions: The Oklahoma Sooners will head north this weekend to take on Big 12 rival Nebraska in Lincoln. The two schools, which have been playing since 1912, are set to kickoff at 8:00pm ET at Memorial Stadium; the game will be televised live on ABC. The Sooners improved to 5-3 last weekend with a 42-30 win over the Kansas State Wildcats in Norman, Oklahoma. Bob Stoops' squad presently sits in third place in the Big 12 South standings with a 3-1 league record. While it is almost an impossibility for them to catch the Longhorns at this point, the Sooners could still finish second in the division if they can take care of business against the Huskers, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State.

The Huskers kept their Big 12 North hopes alive last weekend, scoring a 20-10 victory over the Baylor Bears in Waco. The win snapped a two game skid for Bo Pelini's squad and brought their overall record to a respectable 5-3. Nebraska still has some work to in order to capture the North, sitting at 2-2 in league play and a half game behind first place Kansas State, but they will certainly be afforded the opportunity as they close out the season with games against Kansas, Kansas State, and Colorado.

Tomorrow's contest will mark the 85th game between these two programs. The Sooners lead the all-time series 44-37-3 and they have won four in a row; however, OU is just 1-6 in their last seven trips to Lincoln, losing by an average of 24.2 points per game.

College Football Picks Predictions Betting Trend: The Under is 7-1 in Oklahoma's last eight games as a raod favorite with a spread between 4 and 7.5.

With just four games left, the Gators have the SEC East wrapped up; however, they cannot afford any let downs with six other undefeated schools making up the BCS top seven. Florida ran its record to 8-0 and broke a string of tightly contested games last weekend, pounding Georgia 41-17 in Jacksonville. The win was the Gators sixth against a conference foe and it all but guaranteed them the SEC East title. Quarterback Tim Tebow provided most of the offense against the Bulldogs as he completed 15-of-21 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns. He also led the team in rushing with 85 yards and two scores in just 18 carries.

The Gators defense held Georgia to 16 first downs and 286 totals yards; they also forced four Bulldog turnovers. The unit is allowing just 11 points and 236.6 yards per game on the season, numbers that do not bode well for a Commodores offense that averages just 18.2 points per contest.

Vanderbilt lost its fifth consecutive game last Saturday, falling at home to No. 10 Georgia Tech. The non-conference loss dropped the Commodores record to 2-7 overall; they are 0-5 in SEC play and in last place in the East division. The Yellow Jackets had no trouble moving the ball against Vandy's mediocre defense, racking up 28 first downs and 597 total yards (404 rush yards). The Commodores offense did have a better than usual day, posting 397 yards, but they also had three turnovers.   

College Football Picks Predictions Betting Trend: The Over is 7-3 in the Gators last 10 games as a home favorite versus an SEC foe with a total between 47.5 and 51.

Breeders Cup Bets: Regal Ransom 25 to 1 Breeders Cup Odds: The Distorted Humor sired colt Regal Ransom has been installed at 25 to 1 betting odds by online racebook BetUS.com to win tomorrow's Breeders Cup Classic. The annual event is scheduled to get underway at 6:45pm ET at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California; it will be broadcast live on ESPN. Saturday will mark the 26th running of the race, which first took place at Hollywood Park in November of 1984.

Tomorrow's race will be just the sixth of the year for Regal Ransom. The three year old has had mixed Grade I results, finishing eighth at the Norfolk Stakes at the Oak Tree at Santa Anita in September of last year and at this year's Kentucky Derby. Ransom has run just once since falling short at Churchill Downs, taking first place in the Grade II Super Derby at the Louisiana Downs in September. 

Despite Regal Ransom's varied results, trainer Saeed bin Suroor thinks his horse can be a factor if the race goes a certain way.

"It depends on how the pace goes," bin Suroor said. "If they go a nice pace and he sits in nice position, I think he will be happy with this. He's improving all the time; he's in good form and working well."

Sitting atop Regal Ransom tomorrow will be 45 year old New York jockey Richard Migliore. The pair are starting the race from the No. 11 post position. Migliore, who has 15 Breeders' Cup starts in his career, rode Ransom to the win at the Super Derby. His lone victory at the Breeders' Cup came last year when he guided Desert Code to first place in the Turf Sprint.
